09bb Terms & Conditions — User Agreement for Bangladesh Players

1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "09bb" / "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at https://09bb.io and all associated subdomains and mobile browser interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any natural person who registers a player account on 09bb or accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration, through which the Player accesses games, manages funds, and interacts with platform features.
• "Balance" refers to the sum of real-money funds held within a Player's account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free spins equivalent, matched deposit amount, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account by 09bb in connection with a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds (or the sum of deposit plus Bonus Funds) must be staked on eligible games before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "MFS" refers to Mobile Financial Services, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, which are used for deposit and withdrawal transactions on 09bb.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, promotions, support functions, and any other features made available to Players on the 09bb platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the 09bb platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. 09bb reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation at any time to verify compliance with this requirement. If age verification fails, 09bb will close the account and return any unencumbered real-money balance to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to the terms of Section 4.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 09bb platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using online gaming services is permitted under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 09bb makes no representation that its Services are lawful in all locations and accepts no liability for a Player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Registration Process

To register an account on 09bb, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including a valid mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. 09bb reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold exactly one registered account on 09bb. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether registered under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, 09bb may close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts without prior notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not carried out by you personally — is your responsibility. 09bb will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 09bb support immediately at [email protected]. 09bb may suspend your account pending investigation. Please note that 09bb support staff will never ask for your password — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 09bb immediately.

3.3 Accurate Account Information

You must ensure that the personal information held on your account — including your full name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and MFS wallet details — is accurate and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Verification

09bb may at any time request that you verify your identity, age, residential address, or ownership of the MFS wallet used for deposits. Verification may be completed by submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identity document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and, if requested, a recent utility bill or bank statement. Processing of withdrawal requests may be paused until the required verification documents have been reviewed and accepted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

09bb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 09bb does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals via international credit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 09bb at the platform level, though individual MFS providers may impose their own daily or per-transaction limits. Players are responsible for checking the applicable limits of their chosen MFS provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to the Player's 09bb account balance within 60 seconds of the MFS transaction completing. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, the Player should contact 09bb support at [email protected] with the MFS transaction reference number. 09bb will investigate and resolve the discrepancy as promptly as possible.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same MFS wallet used to make a deposit of equivalent or greater value during the current account period. This same-source rule is applied to reduce the risk of financial fraud. Before a withdrawal is processed, the Player's account must be fully verified (see Section 3.4), the withdrawal amount must consist exclusively of real-money funds (not unmet Bonus Funds), and no active bonus wagering requirement must be pending against the requested withdrawal amount.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. Processing may take longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required. 09bb does not impose a withdrawal fee, though the Player's MFS provider may apply its own charges for receiving transfers.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

09bb is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Accordingly, 09bb reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into a Player's account. If a Player cannot satisfactorily demonstrate the legitimate source of deposited funds, 09bb may freeze the account and return deposited funds to the originating MFS wallet, net of any amounts already staked in games.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spin credits, reload offers, and seasonal promotions offered by 09bb are subject to these general bonus terms as well as the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before the resulting balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x applied to a ৳1,000 bonus means the Player must place total eligible bets of ৳30,000 before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Bets placed on certain game categories — including live sports, baccarat, roulette, and other table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward meeting a wagering requirement. The eligible game list and contribution rates are specified on each promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the period specified on the promotion page will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without notice. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.

5.4 One Bonus Per Player

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to each verified player once only. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus more than once by creating multiple accounts is a breach of Section 2.4 and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

09bb monitors betting patterns to identify activity consistent with bonus abuse — including low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting across markets, and systematic exploitation of wagering requirement terms. Where 09bb determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, remove any associated winnings, and restrict future bonus eligibility for that account.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games and slot titles available on 09bb use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game studios, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The outcome of each game round is determined independently and is not influenced by previous results, account status, or bet size. 09bb does not modify RNG behaviour in any way.

6.2 Sports Betting — Acceptance of Bets

All sports bets placed on 09bb are subject to acceptance by 09bb at the time of placement. 09bb reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where the bet was placed at incorrect odds, where the outcome of the event was already known at the time of placement, or where the bet forms part of a suspected fraudulent or colluding pattern.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's account in the following circumstances: the event was cancelled or abandoned before the relevant outcome was determined; the odds at which the bet was placed were displayed in error; or a material error occurred in the processing of the bet. 09bb's decision on whether to void a bet is final.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts applicable to each game or betting market are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. These limits may be changed by 09bb at any time without prior notice. Individual account-level stake limits may be applied by 09bb at its discretion where betting patterns indicate unusual risk.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09bb platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, display glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or live dealer tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to your 09bb account via your MFS provider after those funds have been wagered.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 09bb support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any part of the 09bb platform, game content, or promotional material without prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 09bb platform — including but not limited to the 09bb brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 09bb or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, or distribute 09bb intellectual property for any purpose outside of normal platform use. Game content is licensed to 09bb by the respective game studios and is subject to those studios' separate intellectual property rights.

9. Privacy & Data

09bb collects, processes, and stores personal data as described in the 09bb Privacy Policy, available at https://09bb.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction history, betting and gaming activity, device and browser information, and communication records. 09bb uses this data to operate the platform, verify identity, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and personalise the player experience. 09bb does not sell personal data to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 09bb shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 09bb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

09bb's total liability to any individual Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

09bb does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 09bb's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. 09bb will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify Players of scheduled maintenance in advance where possible.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

A Player may close their 09bb account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered MFS wallet within 5 business days, subject to completed identity verification. Accounts may not be closed while a responsible gaming self-exclusion period is active — in that case the self-exclusion period runs to its stated end date before the account can be formally closed.

11.2 Termination by 09bb

09bb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player's use of the platform is likely to expose 09bb to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; or continued operation of the account is otherwise not in the interests of the platform or its player community. In the event of account closure by 09bb due to a breach of these Terms, 09bb may forfeit any balance — including real-money funds — held in the account, particularly where those funds are considered proceeds of fraudulent or abusive conduct.

12. Amendments to These Terms

09bb reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Player rights with respect to existing account balances, withdrawal conditions, or game fairness standards — 09bb will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the 09bb website and, where practicable, sending a notification to the registered contact detail associated with affected accounts. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms should close their account prior to the effective date of the amendment in accordance with Section 11.1.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law, given the cross-border nature of online gaming services. 09bb makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability in connection with a Player's use of the platform in contravention of local law. Players are advised to obtain independent legal advice if they have any doubt as to the legality of using online gaming services in their jurisdiction.
